Q: Why “PaxLeaf”? What does it mean?
A: “Pax” means “peace” in Latin.  It represents our goal to provide our clients peace of mind when insuring your most valuable assets. Whether its your home, business, vehicle, or health, our reliable and professional services will put you at ease knowing you are covered with a reputable carrier at an affordable premium.
“Leaf” represents our company’s mission to stay as green as possible with electronic policies, applications, certificates, and processing. However, physical copies will always be available upon request.

Q: My insurance rate increased. Do I have to switch agents?
A: Not at all! Our company has several appointments with a variety of different carriers to shop the best rate for you.  Switching insurance carriers through PaxLeaf is a lot easier than switching agents each time!

Q: Why don’t I get my policy by mail?
A: Only a few of our carriers will mail your policy directly to you. In an effort to conserve our Earth’s natural resources for our future generations, PaxLeaf Insurance strives to stay green by sending documentation electronically. Not only is this method more economically friendly and ecologically responsible, it also allows for faster processing and easier communication.  Also, it’s easier for you to store! Physical documents are always available by request.

Q: Do you only do business in Houston and its surrounding areas?
A: Nope! We serve the entire state of Texas and have clients from El Paso to Orange, TX and everything in between.
